The Virtual Gallery features artwork from an array of New Jersey artists. Artists are selected by JerseyArts.com based on a variety of different criteria including but not limited to whether: the artist is working and living in New Jersey, has an event taking place in a New Jersey venue, and/or has earned special recognition from a New Jersey organization/program during month they are featured.

One artist will be featured each month, however, artwork from all selected artists will be displayed in the online gallery. Once an artist is removed from the Featured Artist portion of the gallery, that artwork will be archived in the All Artists section of the site. Updates and revisions to artwork displayed will not be made once an exhibition appears on the site.

The ARTIST shall possess all copyrights to the ARTWORK(s) thereof under the Copyright Laws of the United States. Notwithstanding such rights, the ARTIST hereby grants to the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation and its Project Partner Organizations, the non-exclusive irrevocable and royalty free license to reproduce two-dimensional computer-scanned likenesses of the ARTWORK(s) for non commercial purposes, and publish the same with proper identification of copyright, including identification of ARTIST on the Gallery. All reproductions of the ARTWORK(s) will, when possible, be approved by the ARTIST prior to publication in the Gallery. In connection with any such reproduction and publication in the Gallery, JerseyArts.com will arrange for appropriate credit identifying the ARTIST as the creator of the ARTWORK(s).
